Delicious food, cozy setting, attentive service. Loved the homemade tortillas and salsa bar! Everything tasted like it was made with extra love and pride from my margarita to the guacamole. My carne asada was tender and marinated very well. We will back to try more of the menu, so many things looked really good!
This restaurant have amazing authentic Mexican food, flavors and ingredients test fresh and natural. It needs a better atmosphere but the food make it so worth it and the staff is always checking on you mif you miss real Mexican food this is a great place.
I live close to Las Brasas and had been meaning to try it for some time. I stopped one day to finish some work and had Happy Hour drinks and food. The service is amazing, my Happy Hour Margarita was HUGE, fresh, and made with real limes and oranges. The food is authentic, well priced, and delicious. I was early so I was able to talk to the staff and I loved connecting with them. They were kind and chatted with me, since I was alone.
Everyone is so friendly here. Very endearing, family vibe that my mum and i just love. It helps that the food is bomb AF. They don't have anything like this in the UK where I'm from. I want to move here forever just because of Mexican food. Lol
Absolutely five stars for Las Brasas Del Volcan. The burrito and tacos were incredible—fresh, packed with flavor, and clearly made with care. What really stood out was the charcoal-grilled taste on both the meat and the tortillas. That smoky flavor took everything to the next level. You can tell they do things right here. I’ll definitely be coming back.
I would sometimes come here during my lunch break and eat the buffet I gotta say the food is absolutely exquisite and delicious. I also tried this dish I don't know what it was called but it had the green Verde sauce in it and I guess the meat was like a pork. It tasted like cooked pork rines it was so delicious
This is an excellent Mexican restaurant focusing on food from Jalisco. They have a number of dishes that you can’t find in most restaurants like carne en su jugo, fresh made tortillas, and jericalla. The ceviche was a little dry for my taste and the meat dishes were so good that I would recommend sticking to those. The salsa bar was also on point. The soundtrack of the restaurant was a perfect mix of old school boleros/trios with cumbia. The decor is also the more muted ranch style as opposed to colorful everything which I appreciate. I’ll definitely be back to try some more dishes.
Cafe de Olla with the Carne wrapped cheesy jalapenos! A delicious housemade salsa bar paired well with the Carne Asada Enmoladas I had as an entree!
